Return Policy

At Artymundus, we believe the highest product quality and the most excellent service are the pillars of a successful relationship between ourselves and you, our customer.

We curated our offerings, designed our website, and selected our partners to ensure we can maintain the standards we put upon ourselves.  Every instance of the artwork we make is produced upon your order and to your specifications.  The art you choose is as unique and meaningful to us when you order it as it is to you, when it arrives.

To put it another way: we are happy you are with us and when you receive your wall art, we want you to feel thrilled.

In case you are not, we will take care of you.  For that we have designed the following return and exchange policy:


Damages in Transit (5-Day Claim Window)

We take great care in producing, packaging, and shipping your order.  If it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery to report the issue.

If you receive a shipment that appears damaged, do not refuse the shipment, but inspect the contents as soon as possible. and contact us throug our contact page to get a remake order started. We will file the necessary claim with the shipping carrier. Shipping damage is outside our control, and we are only responsible for replacing the product on our normal production time line with our standard shipping methods. You are responsible for any rush charges or expedited freight expense on shipping damage remakes.

  • Your order number (from the order confirmation email) and delivery date

  • Short description of the damage

  • Clear photos of the damage to the art piece and/or to the packaging as received

Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the product back. After we receive and inspect the item, you may choose between:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit of the same value

We usually process returns quite quickly but sometimes it takes longer.  Please allow up to 14 business days to complete the review.  Refunds to your original payment method may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank or card issuer.  Store credits will be issued immediately upon return approval.

Remakes  (5-Day Claim Window)

If there is an error in or damage to your order please contact us true our contact page so the order may be corrected and/or replaced. Remakes will only be done for the same finishing services and the same image that was in the original order. If you wish to make modifications to the files or services, you will need to place a new order at your cost. Remake orders will be shipped the same method as the original order.

  • Clear photos of the damage or error to the art piece 

  • Once your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the product back.

  • After we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed to remake your order and ship it to you again.

  • We usually process returns quite quickly but sometimes it takes longer.  Please allow up to 14 business days to complete the review, and a normal process of printing and delivery which is about up to 10 business days 


Returns for Other Reasons (15-Day Store Credit)

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery. These returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in original condition, free of visible imperfections, and in its original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price. This credit can be used toward any future purchase in our gallery. Store credits do not expire, giving you the flexibility to select another piece at your own pace.


Exclusions and exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return, except in cases of damage or error reported within the 5-day claim window:

  • Sale items

  • Personalized pieces

  • Limited edition artworks

  • Gift cards


Important Notes

  • All returns must begin with a request through our contact page. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Artymundus reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • Our policies are in place to ensure the highest level of quality and fairness, while protecting the integrity of our limited-production artwork.
